Vishuddha (Throat) Chakra Pure Essential Oil Blend
The Vishuddha (or throat chakra) is the chakra of communication and self-expression. When in balance we are able to speak our truth, follow our dreams, express ourselves easily, creatively, and authentically. When out of balance we may feel silenced or judged for what we say, feel out of alignment with who we are, and even lose our will to live. Besides just emotionally being out of balance, this chakra also affects us physically through our throat, mouth, and thyroid. Because of the effects both on our energy and overall health we have incorporated Eucalyptus for respiratory support, Frankincense for thyroid support, Peppermint for throat health, Clove to help prevent infection, and Lavender to keep all the energy moving fluidly. The Vishuddha chakra is on the center of the neck.
To Use: Apply topically in a carrier oil or lotion at 2% (10-12 drops/oz), inhale from the bottle or using an aromatherapy inhaler, or place 10-20 drops in a diffuser.
