The Anja (or Third Eye Chakra) invites intuition and awareness into everyday aspects of life. When this chakra is in balance, we trust ourselves to act on what our intuition tells us, which makes it stronger. If out of balance, we tend to focus only on our intellect and reject all spiritual aspects of our selves and carry fear with regard to our inner wisdom. This blend is both grounding, uplifting, and intuitive in nature with the brightness of Lemongrass, Lavender to help move energy fluidly, the grounding nature and mind-clarifying aspects of Clary Sage, the sight enhancing powers of Carrot Seed, and the protective qualities of Rose Geranium. Besides just opening up intuition, this chakra also affects the nervous system, eyesight, brain health, headaches, and ability to learn. The Anja chakra is located on the forehead, between the eyebrows.
To Use: Apply topically in a carrier oil or lotion at 2% (10-12 drops/oz), inhale from the bottle or using an aromatherapy inhaler, or place 10-20 drops in a diffuser.
