The aroma of Cypress is woody, resinous, and balsamic with smoky bottom notes. Used topically, Cypress can help with circulation, support with pain and swelling associated varicose veins and edema, to help prevent infection and assist in wound healing, and to alleviate cramping during menstruation. It can be inhaled for respiratory support and spastic coughing and diffused for its antiviral potential.
To Use: Apply topically in a carrier oil or lotion at 2% (10-12 drops/oz), inhale from the bottle or using an aromatherapy inhaler, or place 10-20 drops in a diffuser.
