Anahata (Heart Chakra) Pure Essential Oil Blend
Anahata is our heart chakra, the center of our self-confidence, self-esteem and self-love. Free flowing energy through this chakra gives us a sense of compassion, empathy, and the ability to deeply love ourselves and others. When blocked, we may feel disconnected from ourselves, have difficulty giving and receiving love from others, and even fall into depression, resentment and hate. The blocked energy in our heart chakra can also affect our heart health, lung health, and breast health. Repressed grief or heartache are common causes of blocked Anahata. Utilizing heart supportive essentials oils of rose, jasmine, litsea, lavender, and frankincense can assist us in focusing on this chakra, setting intentions of opening it, and allowing love to flow freely.
To Use: Apply topically in a carrier oil or lotion at 2% (10-12 drops/oz), inhale from the bottle or using an aromatherapy inhaler, or place 10-20 drops in a diffuser.
