Breathe Happy Pure Essential Oil Blend
Our Breathe Happy blend is carefully crafted with lavender, eucalyptus, grapefruit, rosemary, lemongrass, and peppermint to aid in the opening of the nasal passages and clearing of chest congestion. It can be added into a humidifier, used in a steam bath, or applied topically to the chest with a carrier oil such as grapeseed or olive oil. This oil helps to support a healthy immune system and can be used before bed to encourage deeper breathing. With an energetic scent, it can help to boost energy, clear mental blockages, and enhance memory and focus.
To Use: Apply topically in a carrier oil or lotion at 2% (10-12 drops/oz), inhale from the bottle or using an aromatherapy inhaler, or place 10-20 drops in a diffuser.
