Virtual Community Yoga- March 11th
Join us for a virtual evening of slowly flowing poses, relaxation and mindfulness. This will be a virtual class starting at 7PM for about an hour. We're celebrating the importance of community spaces in building compassionate communities as we practice from our local library, while you practice from the comfort of your home. Class is open to all ages and fitness levels, no previous yoga experience is necessary. There is no set fee to join, all donations will be given to the Ellsworth Library Building protect.
